Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Conditions for refund

  • No refund provided if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Items must be in original condition and with original packaging
  • For hygienic and health reasons earrings cannot be returned unless received damaged 
  • If item is damaged on arrival, a photo of the specific damaged item must be sent to within 24 hours of delivery

Refunds will be provided only to the original purchaser and refunded to the original form of payment.
